TRAINING

 

Contact Durae Belcer, durae@whitefishlake.org if you or your lake association is interested in becoming a participating member and an individual training will be arranged.

Topics include plankton net sampling for aquatic invasive mussels, life history and threats associated with dresissenid mussels, water quality monitoring basics, invasive plant species identification, sample site selection criteria and equipment decontamination protocols. Sampling equipment is available for interested volunteers who attend a training.
